This driver is a 60w driver with an Australian plug.
There is no minimum load, however, do not exceed 60w of load.

When the new SCH app is available (coming soon) there will be wifi recievers that can be positioned inline allowing you to control lighting individually, or in batches. 
All existing SCH 'Plug & play' products will work with the upcoming app.
